About this house rental
On the heights of Port-Vendres, small charming house with sea view, a rocky flower garden, patio area and pergola. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, there is a private entrance with a gate, the possibility of parking 1 large car (see 2 city cars) inside the property. Very pleasant to live in, the house is made up of 5 rooms in total, a small utility room with a sink and washing machine, the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink in the same room, a bedroom with 2 single beds (but possibility to make one in 180) and a large closet. Then the living room, equipped with a sofa bed, a TV and a cupboard, then the kitchen which includes 1 large fridge, a microwave, an electric oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker. .. All equipment is new. The pergola patio has a brick barbecue.
The house is located on the heights of Port-Vendres, less than a kilometer from the Oli beach and the shops in the city center. About 10min on foot. The area is very calm and peaceful.
A deposit of 250 € is required, as well as a deposit for cleaning of 100 €.
Linen rental with cleaning included is possible.

We had a lovely week in Port-Vendres. The house has a nice little garden with see-view and we enjoyed to have our meals there with barbeque. The house is not so big but well equipped and comfortable. It’s easy to park the car in the yard or on a parking space next to the house. The beaches on walking distance are beautiful and, in the harbour, we found a really good and not expensive restaurant called La Fringole. The owner, Martin, was really helpful in all ways. We will certainly come back!
