About this apartment rental
We live in a very beautiful area bathed in sunshine, surrounded by the sea and mountains.
We attach great importance to welcoming and listening to our customers, which is a guarantee of a successful holiday.
The apartment, classified, air-conditioned with panoramic view of the port of Port Vendres, comfortable of recent construction, with an area of 75 m2. It has a terrace with barbecue, covered loggia with garden furniture all facing the mer.Il is made up of 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, 4 beds and a large living room
A bathroom with hydromassage shower and separate toilet, kitchen. It is very equipped: TV, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board with iron, and all the kitchen utensils.
Possibility to connect to wifi free of charge on the Internet network.
The apartment is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
The cost of heating is extra from October 15 to March 31
The cost of air conditioning, if desired, is €15/day from 01 April to 30 September
Hiking trails start at the foot of the apartment.
Close to sandy beaches, pebbles or coves are nearby, 3kms from the bay of Paulilles (classified site). The originality of our vermilion coast, of our city comes from this strange mix of sea and mountains.
The train station is located 3 minutes walk away, very close to the port, the fish market, shops, the Rambla, the jetty, Collioure 30 minutes walk

Proprietaire tres sympathique, a l ecoute des locataires et pour de bon renseignements..... appartement agreable, bien equipe et calme avec belle vue sur le port , nous ne regrettons pas notre sejour de 1 mois , recommandont fortement salutations

Appartement très fonctionnel. Et évidemment une vue splendide.
Il.est très bien situé. À moins de 10 min à pied du port )attention ça monte dur pour revenir. Escalier un peu partout)
Il.y manque néanmoins qq chaises de jardin (2 pour un aprt de 4) et de transat (1 seul!!! Faut le tirer à la courte paille ).
Une cafetière qui fonctionne un jour/2.
Pas de bouilloire. Pas de théière.
Mériterait d'être un petit peu mieux équipé.
Nous regrettons le manque de charme. Il pourrait être personnalisé à l'image de la région.
Enfin il n est pas très bien insonorisé.
Mais comme on passe son temps sur la terrrasse on s'accommode.
Aprt très bien pour l été. Bien moins sympa l hiver.
