About this house rental
House of 85 m2 for 4 people, 2 beds (140x190 and 160x200), with a communal swimming pool for 3 rentals, 8 m x 4 m, parking for 2 vehicles, private terrace and patio 150 m from the port of Port-Vendres and shops. Sauna on request.
The house is labeled 4 keys "clévacances":
- Independent entrance on the first floor leading to the 2 bedrooms and the toilet
- Private and secure parking for 2 vehicles
- Patio for dining with gas plancha
- Terrace of 18 m2, secure and enclosed adjoining the swimming pool with secure gate
- Reversible air conditioning on the whole and vmc
- Open kitchen fully equipped in R+1
- Dining room in R + 1
- Bright and sunny living room not overlooked in R + 2
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with storage space and 2 shower rooms
- Wifi
- Swimming pool facilities (deckchairs, children's games, shower) beach 20 minutes walk, 2 km from Collioure, 12 km from Spain.
Children under full parental responsibility, swimming pool protected by alarm and wicket gate.

We stayed for 2 weeks with 2 teenage kids. The house was very clean, comfortable (including beds) and well equipped. The air con is a real bonus. The swimming pool is lovely, a good size for games with kids.
I was a little worried about the outdoor space being tight but it was fine - the partition separating the swimming pool works well, giving enough privacy without blocking the view.
The street is a little underwhelming but it’s not really an issue, as the house itself is great and is only a 5 min walk (with lots of steps!) to the port/shops. Port Vendres doesn’t have the charm of Collioure but it has a nice port, with restaurants/shops and a very good bakery. It’s also well located: 10min drive to beautiful Collioure, 10min drive to the amazing Anse de Paulliles. We also enjoyed renting a boat and taking a day trip to Cadaques. For runners, there is a nice hilly route to do around the port.

The apartment was accurately described and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Parking was excellent directly outside the apartment and the location was perfect, 200 metres to the harbour with a wonderful selection of restaurants, supermarket was nearby in walking distance as was the local bakery. Port Vendres is a wonderful place as is the nearby towns of Colliure and Banylus-sur-Mer and Emmanuelles apartment was the perfect location to enjoy this area of France.

We had a wonderful stay here with our 6 month baby and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Apartment is really spacious, comfortable and well fitted out. The outside area is very sunny and the BBQ area is nicely shaded. The place seems nicely sheltered from the wind. The owners provided a range of baby equipment which was really appreciated and they were very nice people to deal with and live next door if any issues. Port Vendres was also a good location with cafes/ bakeries etc and could walk to Collioure (with pushchair) or get train there.

The apartment was extremely well-equipped and modern. A great deal of thought had been given to its open-plan design, and although it can accommodate up to 6, as a mature couple looking for a bit of luxury, this was perfect. The location gives easy access to the Port which is quiet but well-serviced with restaurants. Our favourite was the Tramontane - recommended by Emmanuelle. Great food and service and good value for money. The location is perfect for discovering the Pyrenees and there are many historical sites to visit as well as good Mediterranean beaches close by. Collioure is, of course, a 'must-see' but very busy with other tourists. I'm very glad we decided to stay in Port-Vendres!
