About this apartment rental
We live in a very beautiful area bathed in sunshine, surrounded by the sea and mountains.
We attach great importance to welcoming and listening to our customers, which is a guarantee of a successful holiday.
The apartment, classified, air-conditioned with panoramic view of the port of Port Vendres, comfortable of recent construction, with an area of 75 m2. It has a terrace with barbecue, covered loggia with garden furniture all facing the mer.Il is made up of 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, 4 beds and a large living room
A bathroom with hydromassage shower and separate toilet, kitchen. It is very equipped: TV, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board with iron, and all the kitchen utensils.
Possibility to connect to wifi free of charge on the Internet network.
The apartment is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
The cost of heating is extra from October 15 to March 31
The cost of air conditioning, if desired, is €15/day from 01 April to 30 September
Hiking trails start at the foot of the apartment.
Close to sandy beaches, pebbles or coves are nearby, 3kms from the bay of Paulilles (classified site). The originality of our vermilion coast, of our city comes from this strange mix of sea and mountains.
The train station is located 3 minutes walk away, very close to the port, the fish market, shops, the Rambla, the jetty, Collioure 30 minutes walk

The property itself is located perfectly and has a beautiful view of the harbor. Nice and good working shutters that block the sunlight when gone, large open windows and a big balcony to let in in the afternoon fresh air.
The apartment could do with a little more home care, I mean you can see that the apartment has "just" a rental status. Although having a dishwasher and washer the apartment feels a bit desolate.
I might stay again though, the owner is very responsive and gave us a friendly welcome and a good bye

The property is only 5 minutes walk from the harbour up some steep steps and then a stone path with a decent gradient- alternatively park opposite the Fire Station and walk 70 yards up the hill. The flat offers great views of the Harbour just remember no Air Con so can get hot in the height of summer but with a cooker microwave and washing machine and the Intermarche Supermarket only 400 yards away everything really is on the door step - don’t miss the Thursday & Sunday 0930 boat to Cadaques (Spain)

The apartment overlooks the sea and has a wonderful view of the village of Port Vendres. A short walk to Collioure , also a short walk to cafes, restaurants and the market . Closeby is the small supermarket with everything needed, including beachwear and some equipment.. You can travel to many great attractions in the area.. The apartment is very comfortable and easy to access. Great for Aussies enjoying beautiful France.
