Amelia Cottage is situated in the historic town of Battle in Sussex and can sleep five people in three bedrooms, one double, one twin and a single, all situated on the first floor. The ground floor accommodation is made up of a family bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and and a large enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Amelia Cottage is an ideal base for families and friends wanting to enjoy this part of East Sussex Note: Sorry, No workers or contractors allowed at the property.

Our only negative is the location of the property on a major road... difficult to get out with the traffic. Otherwise this house is a gem and the reviews do it justice - spacious, well appointed, everything you need, great for visiting surrounding areas. Shame we came in winter and couldn't also enjoy the fabulous garden too!
