The douche and jacuzzi where super!

The complete accomodation shakes when somebody moves in or out of bed. There was a lot of noise from youth ( next to our place ) a continued till 01:00

We came we left and we had to pay! Horrible place

We didn’t like anything. Unfortunately the caravan was looking against a wall. It was horrible. We didn’t want to stay because every was not feeling like a vacation. When we asked the to cancel the reservation and return the money they wouldn’t have it. The pictures were totally different on the site then the reel venue! I felt so scammed. They took are money for the week and we had to find a different place stay.

Showers and toilets are not clean. Cleaning needs to be done with cleaning chemicals, not only with water. Showers and toilets cabins, walls are not clean .you can not touch. Not sterile.

Checkin process inefficient. Had to wait 15 mins for someone to drive me only 10m to my mobile home, as they want you to check condition together. It was 40 degC and waiting area is outside. Early checkout also cumbersome; took multiple calls to arrange a 7am departure. Just have a key drop box! Not allowed to park car next to mobile home, and told to park in main car park. Fair enough, but others had parked their cars next to their units without any issue.

We both like the location.

I booked a reservation and paid for it. But unfortunately did not get the place what I reserved and before arriving the location they let other custumer took the place that was supposed to be my reserved place. Very disappointed. But anyhow thanks to the staff that who were oblique to find us a place were to sleep that night otherwise we will sleep in the car.

We liked the volleyball field, the pools, the environment (nature)

It was mentioned at booking.com that there are fans in the bungalow. To be honest we have meant that there is climatisation which is today quite a common thing however the fan and the climatisation are two different things indeed. But there were even no fans in the house and no insect nets on the windows but insects many, so the night was a challange for us. Fortunately we stayed only one night.

Drei Angestellte beim Einchecken angetroffen, nicht einer hatte ein Lächeln übrig. Man fühlte sich eher als Belastung denn als willkommener Gast. Beschreibung der Unterkunft (Blick auf Pool, Flussblick) stimmte überhaupt nicht, Preise für Bettbezüge (simple dünne Einmal-Bezüge) exorbitant. Ewiges Hickhack, um eine Rechnung zu bekommen. Stattdessen immer Verweis bzw Verstecken hinter Booking. Einfach schlechter Kundenservice! Empfehle stattdessen den benachbarten Campingplatz Sun Camping. Familiengeführt, super freundlich und hilfsbereit, tolle entspannte Atmosphäre!

Repos au top en fin de saison

Le personnel est très sympathique. Le bar est joli et convivial. Le mobil home est très propre. Un weekend de repos au top en bord de rivière. Jolis lieux à visiter aux alentours. Je recommande ce camping !

Le mauvais temps de samedi mais l'établissement n'y est pour rien 😅.

Nous avons séjourné dans un mobil-home avec un enfant de 17 mois. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été décevant : une employée nous a conduits jusqu’à notre logement, sans sourire, avec une attitude froide. Nous avons tenté de poser quelques questions, mais face à ses réponses sèches, nous avons vite abrégé. L’accueil : zéro ! La première vraie désillusion a été la découverte du mobil-home. Une véritable « cage à poules » : vétuste, sale et incroyablement exigu pour 4 personnes. Le mobilier était cassé et une bouche d’aération, directement au sol, laissait entrer toutes sortes d’insectes. En faisant le tour du camping, nous avons constaté que le personnel n’était pas plus chaleureux et qu’il régnait une ambiance peu accueillante. Nous ne nous sentions pas à notre place. Autre problème majeur : aucune sécurité. Aucune barrière, aucune vérification… tout le monde peut entrer dans le camping à sa guise. Comment un établissement de ce niveau peut-il prétendre à 4 étoiles ? Nous avions demandé une location de draps : on nous a fourni… des draps jetables ! Une découverte pour moi, pourtant habitué au matériel hospitalier dans mon travail. J’avais franchement l’impression d’être au bloc opératoire. Pour un 4 étoiles, c’est inadmissible. Résultat : nous avons passé une seule nuit sur place avant de partir précipitamment. Il était hors de question de rester plus longtemps dans de telles conditions avec un bébé. Bien évidemment, aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé. Et à la lecture des autres avis, il semble clair que ce camping ne se remet jamais en question.

Belle piscine, bel emplacement, rapport qualité prix tout à fait convenable

Les escaliers de la piscine sont très glissant et dangereux. Le personnel du camping (sauf quelques exceptions) est peu aimable dans l’ensemble, peu commerçants, et s’en fiche royalement quand mon amie arrive le coude en sang s’étant blessé dans leur établissement.

Glamping tent was mooi en ruim, en behoorlijk wat schaduw gedurende de dag. Jacuzzi is leuk, tent was erg compleet qua inventaris.

Was nog weg in de opstart van het seizoen. Ze waren nog volop aan het werk met behoorlijk wat geluid (boormachines, snoeimachines), dat had de camping ook wel nodig, want het is een beetje een vervallen sfeertje.

Quelques serveurs et barmans, prix raisonnable pour le restaurant, emplacement tente à l’ombre

Aucun accueil (arrivée 19h), pas d’explication du séjour ni du lieu, bruit SURTOUT après 21h (alors q’une condition du lieu était pas de bruit entre 21h et 8h), voisins très bruyants et irrespectueux avec un employé qui faisait la fête avec eux (jusqu’à plus d’1h du matin), douches pas très propres avec quelques odeurs d’urines, sol de l’emplacement tente non entretenu (beaucoup de cailloux et de bâtons)
