Gîte situé en pleine campagne. La terrasse bien abritée donne vue sur les falaises de l'Ardèche. Le gîte est très bien équipé et tout fonctionne bien. Il y a même une piscine (petite) J'y reviendrais bien volontiers.

Villa située dans un cadre magnifique et paisible. Maison très bien aménagée et pourvue de tout le confort nécessaire. Grande terrasse et piscine très agréable. Très bon accueil de Roselyne et Michel disponible et d'une grande gentillesse. Je reviendrai et je recommande.

Nous avons tout apprécié ! Le village paisible de Sampson, la proximité des commerces, le cadre, la maison qui est neuve, fonctionnelle, agréable et lumineuse. La terrasse est grande et ombragée. La piscine est sympa bien que nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner vu qu'elle n'était pas chauffée mais ce fut tout de même agréable pour le bain de soleil. La propriété est entièrement clôturée et ce fut très bien pour notre petit chiot qui a pu aussi en profiter ! Roselyne et Michel sont disponibles, très sympathiques et accueillants. Merci pour cette belle découverte à quelques pas des bords de l'Ardèche, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Valérie et Daniel

Nous avons logé dans cette propriété de plein pied très bien pensé ! Nous étions avec deux enfants et deux adultes et c'était vraiment parfait, qu'il s'agisse de la propreté, de la localisation, du calme mais également de la qualité des échanges avec l'hôte. Un superbe weekend dans un lieu très pratique ! À notre arrivée nous avons même eu le droit à une gentille attention : un pot de confiture fait maison (délicieuse !) et une bouteille de vin, propriété de la famille ! On ne pouvait pas faire plus local ! Merci pour l'accueil !

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Sampzon in einer Sackgasse und ist dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Grundstück hinter dem Ferienhaus. Sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Von der großen/überdachten Terrasse des Hauses hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und perfekt ausgestattet. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage/Heizung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und im Bad gibt es sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Pool. Hier kann man sich optimal ausruhen. Das Haus ist ca. 6km von Vallon Pont d`Arc entfernt. In 4km Entfernung gibt es einen großen Supermarkt Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten optimal entspannen!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison neuve très bien équipée et située et au calme … Roselyne et Michel nous ont très gentiment accueillis, à disposition si besoin,et de très bon conseil pour visiter les alentours. Nous avons même eu le plaisir de manger de bonnes tomates du jardin et goûter leur huile d’olive… un régal ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendrons afin de continuer à visiter cette belle région Merci à eux
