It was centrally located for taking a cruise. We needed a place to stay for one night before embarking on a smaller boat cruise so location was great. Very clean and v nice bathroom and shower.
A tiny bit noisy because it is on a busy street so lots of cars.

I booked this apartment for it's location. It's approximately 15 minutes away from the Dubrovnik ferry terminal.
It is also close to a grocery store and restaurants.
The host did respond quickly to my questions.
The apartment is very basic and furnished with old furniture. Also, it's located right next to the road. This can make entering & leaving different if someone parks in front of the door.
The wifi signal was very weak. I ended up using the wifi of the business next door.
TV reception was also poor.
For what you get the price per night should be a lot less. Even though it's "high season " in Dubrovnik.
