Sea Shell Apartments

3人で2泊しました。2名と1名で個室が独立していてプライベート空間が保たれています。キッチンや洗濯機なども使いやすく、エアコンもある部屋でとても快適でした。 管理人は常駐していませんが、WhatsAppでいつも迅速に対応してくれるので親切です。チェックインについても動画で事前に送ってくれて、スムーズに入室できました！

Struttura pulita e accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la premura di Mario, le indicazioni che ci ha dato e la sua presenza costante per assicurarsi che non avessimo bisogno di nulla. Posizione dell'appartamento non centralissima ma comoda perché lontana dal caos della Old Town. Vicina al porto di Gruz da cui partono diverse escursioni. Ci ritornerei sicuramente😎

Close to supermarket, bus stop and beautiful views from the shared terrace. The cupboards were full with plates and cooking utensils.

The studio apartment needs considerable updating. The shower pipe kept coming off the wall and water pooled at the bottom. There is no lock on the toilet door and it was a struggle to keep the door closed. There was a door missing from the wardrobe, the towels were hard and there was only one thin pillow on each bed. We found other pillows underneath but one was moldy and therefore we did not want to use them. The desk drawer between the bed fell off. The flat is dingy with little natural light. It is also very small for the peak summer price. We did not feel like this was value for money.
