Inside property is everything you need for stay, apartment is cozy, outside terrace is wonderful and beautiful. Location is very close to Gruž port, 10 min drive to center (but be ready to climb a lot of steps towards hill if u walk from anywhere to apartment :) ). The host was very friendly, helped us immediatly with every problem we had at property.
Some people may not like that outside your Windows(1st floor) there can be other guests walking or sitting but we didnt find that as a problem for ourself.
The walls at apartment is not very soundproof (but its still fine).

It’s as seen on the pictures, we had the studio that’s spacious, and Mario was really helpful. There was a problem with the bed that was solved immediately. There is a supermarket across the street and a nice (and relatively cheap) pizza place 2 minutes away.
It’s clean and has all the amenities you might need
A parking space was also provided.
It’s quite far from the old town. 30 minutes walk uphill and downhill. Nothing terrible but you wouldn’t come back for a short brake on the noon.
Thus, you leave in the morning and come back at night.

The apartment was lovely. It was very comfortable and "home from home" also very quiet and private. Mario was very helpful and gave us lots of useful information on Dubrovnik.
Nothing really we disliked about the apartment.
