דירה גדולה ומרווחת עם שני חדרי שירותים. נקייה.
מיקום הדירה באזור לא סימפטי. הדירה ממוקמת ברחוב צר במעלה גבעה שנדרש לטפס עם הרכב בעלייה קשה ותלולה . ממקום החניה עולים לדירה במספר מדרגות רב שמקשה מאוד על הבאת המזוודות לדירה. בנוסף, מאוד קשה לאתר את הדירה ואת החנייה. מחיר הדירה גבוה מאוד ביחס לתמורה.
