Old house completely rebuilt 3 year ago, any comfort on 2 levels, 4 independent bedrooms, 2 of 18 m², large kitchen fully equipped with dining area. 3 bathroom / shower, separate toilet. Terrace and garden of about 500 m². Private parking for 2-3 cars. Very quiet, located in a small village of 900 inhabitants in southern Oise area. Main shops on site. Many activities all around. A 3/4 hour from Paris and Disneyland and 1/2 hour from Parc Asterix and Villepinte. Many forests all around. Housse classified 4 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Baron. It was a short drive to the train station (free parking) and easy to catch the train to Paris to enjoy the Olympic events. The house was very comfortable and Hugues was very helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this property.

Very nice house in a nice village near Paris, Disney and other nice outings. The owner is very nice and took the time to tell us the whereabouts of the area. A point of attention is the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also, because of the road you will hear a lot of traffic (also airplanes flying over). Nothing the owner can fix, but good to know. Inspite of that we had a lovely stay!

Our stay in Baron was very enjoyable and much appreciated. The rustic house was charming and the private grounds restful after busy days of sightseeing nearby. The agreeable host Hugues was very helpful and the house was well equipped for our needs. We would definitely recommend this rental and the pleasant village of Baron.

The house is clean and spacious. We found our double bed large and comfortable although our daughter found her single bed a little hard. But with a choice of 1 double and 3 twins, there is plenty of choice! There are ample grounds with several seating areas and a BBQ outside. Hughes was very helpful and welcoming. The house is situated in a small village which contains a bakery, small shop, pub/restuarant and butcher but beware of some sporadic opening hours and just about everything is shut on a Sunday. If you want a busy holiday close to lots of attractions this might not be your best choice(although Disney is only around 45 minutes away). For a quiet and peaceful time integrating with the very friendly locals it is absolutely ideal. You are also close to the lovely town of Senlis, the excellent fromagerie in Meaux and easily within reach of the Champagne region. Overall an excellent break and I would thoroughly recommend the house which is very comfortable with all amenities. Just one word of warning. You are expected to clean the house yourself before you leave otherwise you are charged 50 Euros. This caused a little bit of a problem for us because we were out very late the night before we left and had to then get up early the next morning to do the cleaning and packing in time for a morning departure.

We were a family of eight staying at this house and were easily accommodated with the space.Beautiful country side, close to the train to take into Paris , which was what we did.A great bakery in the village and an hour and a bit drive to Vimy rige.The owner was very helpful and welcoming.He even had a tray of welcome goodies for us! Would highly recommend this beautiful house.

The house has everything you might need and the friendly owner who lives next door is always on hand. The bedrooms are large and comfortable as is the lounge and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped. The bathroom layout is not perfect for a house full with one bedroom and shower room and toilet on the ground floor with the rest upstairs but this is a minor issue. Whilst the house will sleep 8 there is only seating at the dining table and in the lounge for 6 The BBQ's need replacing We would definitely book again

Once again our small theatre company stayed in this beautiful and well looked after house. We had a lovely time last year and were keen to come back again this year and of course we will be making it three in a row, thank you Hugues and see you next year! This is a nice house in a pleasant area. Six of us, Mum, Dad, three teenagers and Grandma, enjoyed our stay. The location is good with plenty of sights to see and a trip to Paris is close enough for a day out. The owner, Hugues, is a very nice chap and made sure that all things were satisfactory. I would recommend this property.

Our group of four spent a very happy few days in this house. It is situated in a small village with a golf course nearby. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I highly recommend it. M. and Mme. Parmentier are very kind and helpful.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf, alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben is voor handen in de woning. Zeer netjes en schoon. Gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken. Rustige omgeving maar een goede basis om de omgeving en Parijs te bezoeken.

La maison est très agréable, lumineuse, les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée et le jardin toujours ensoleillé ! C’est tout de même un peu bruyant, beaucoup de camions et voitures passent dans la rue devant la maison. L’accueil est excellent !

Très jolie façade, de nombreuses touches d’attention, une bibliothèque fournie pour des pré-adolescents et adultes (fournitures de base cuisine et sdb notamment). Belle maison spacieuse. Communication agréable avec le propriétaire. Nous avons moins aimé la route très passante devant la maison, l’aménagement du jardin avec des buissons au milieu ainsi que le vis à vis avec les voisins (le propriétaire) du fait d’un grillage semi-opaque et d’espaces sans végétation. Les barbecues n’étaient pas en état d’être utilisés. Bilan mitigé pour nous donc, qui étions en manque de vie à l’extérieur après 3 mois de confinement. Bonne continuation à Monsieur Parmentier.

De woning is ruim en verzorgd ingericht. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Een goede rustige basis om van daaruit Parijs en Disneyland te bezoeken. Het meubilair is eenvoudig en kan verbeterd worden. Er kunnen kosten voor energie bijkomen en ook voor schoonmaak (indien u het niet zelf schoongemaakt achterlaat). De tuin is prettig en er is ruimte voor zeker twee auto's op het terrein.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem freistehenden, ruhigen Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Bäckerei ist es nicht weit und viele interessante Ziele sind schnell zu erreichen. Bei schönem Wetter lädt der kleine Garten zu einem Kaffee oder Essen ein.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille à Baron. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La cuisine est moderne et accueillante. Les chambres sont confortables. Le bain à remous est un plus très agréable. Il est possible de garer une (grande) voiture sur le terrain-même. Hugues, le propriétaire, est très attentionné et partage volontiers les bonnes adresses des alentours pour un séjour parfait. Je recommande ! Merci Hugues pour votre accueil !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison des Maronniers avec enfant et bébé à la fin du mois d'octobre 2016. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La description de l'annonce et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité, et la maison est en effet très bien équipée pour les enfants en bas age et les bébés. La propriété était propre et nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire.

Nous avons passe une semaine a Barons et c'est sure et certain qu'on reviendra l'annee prochaine. Nous sommes une troupe de theatre qui produise les pieces de theatre en anglais dans les etablissements scolaires en france donc pour nous se n'est pas des vacances mais notre boulot et c'est importante que les maison qu'on loue sont confortable est bien fourni. Barons est un petit village et ce sera tres important avoir une vehicule pendant votre sejour. La maison est tres belle et Hugues notre proprietaire tres sympathique et gentil, prete a nous aider pour le moindre de choses. La cuisine est bien equipe, meme si la table est un peu juste pour 6 personnes. Les chambres sont correct et toute est tres propre. Le parking est securise et le portail est suffisamment grand pour laisser passe notre fourgon Ford Transit. Sans hesitation je vais reserver a nouveau cette maison pour nos acteurs l'annee prochaine. Merci Hugues et a tres bientot!

Top quality place

We spend 4 days with 8 persons and a baby in this beautiful and spotless clean house. It was our base to go to Paris and Disney. And the joy of the house did not matter the 40 minutes drive to Paris. Anything you can imagine is there it was surprising. The owner Huges is a nice person and very helpfull. Because of newyear he welcomed us with a nice bottle of champagne. We will recommand this place to our friends. Ger and Carry Kohlmeijer, the Netherlands, january 2016.
