Ideally located on the waterfront in the 1st line in the district of L'aiguillon, very quiet is a haven of peace! Discover nature, oyster huts, light changes all the time with the tide, bike path, beach, harbor and shops are nearby.

Composed of an entrance with cupboard, two bedrooms beds 140 and wardrobe, shower room Italian, large living room of 32 m2 with kitchen and living room (a sofa bed 140, TV, wifi..) extended by a large terrace of 18 m2 with table and deckchairs.

Oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, big screen TV, sound system, wifi, soda machine, robot, iron, sewing machine, 6 cutlery, etc.
Passenger access
About 2km from the Arcachon or La Teste train station. A private and secure parking space at your disposal, you will have access to all the accommodation. There is a bicycle room.
