Superb

Mauro was there to meet us and spoke very good English.. He kindly offered us the use of the garage for our motorbikes. The location to shops , restaurants and the main square was excellent. Although we didn't have a balcony we had full use of the garden to sit and have a drink or even a meal. Mauro's parents were great. Lots of fun and laughter trying to communicate and thanks again for the fresh lettuce from the garden

Great stay with a very friendly host

Lady was very nice and friendly upon arrival. She tried to explain and help a lot about tirano. However we did not speak italian, it was much appriciated and in the end we managed together.

Shower have to be fixed (i think something with cold water pressure) and the toilet intents to get stuck, which is a waste of water if you are not focussed in these times.

Simple accommodations & Great location = Pleasant stay!

We had Self-check in to get the keys and access the property. After we opened the room and returned with our bags, one of the hosts appeared from an upstairs apartment to welcome us. She showed us some of the key points in the apartment (kitchen appliances, linens, etc) and asked to see our vaccination status/green passes. Very friendly and helpful hosts with great communication and check in was easy! This was a good space for us (2 adults, 1 teenager) with the two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is the bottom floor of an apartment complex, so in the morning we could hear the neighbors moving about and getting ready for their days. Other than that, it is quiet. It is not a big place, and the little couch in the common kitchen/dining/living space is not very comfortable - but not a deal breaker by any means! The free on-site parking was great since we traveled by car. The parking spot is right outside the bedroom window, so we felt safe with our car in sight. The location of the apartment is great - just a short 10 minute walk to the train station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful little town to walk around!

Very friendly hosts, surprised us with fresh tomatoes and fruits from the garden. Basic necessities (Toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap, shower gel) were all available upon arrival to get started. Good if the shops are already closed.

Wer Wohnungen und Zimmer vermietet sollte sich auch um seine Gäste kümmern!!

Bei unserer Ankunft hat die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert. Das zeigen der Unterkunft und andere wichtige Informationen war jedoch nicht möglich, weil die Dame, vermutlich die Mutter des Vermieters, kein Wort deutsch konnte und ausser Italienisch keine andere Sprache kannte - nicht einmal im Ansatz Englisch. (Übrigens: Wir sprechen deutsch, englisch, russisch, französisch ......) Obwohl ich unsere Geldüberweisung nachweisen konnte, pochte die Dame sehr energisch auf die sofortige Zahlung der Kurtaxe und verlangte mit Nachdruck unsere Ausweise. Die Dame konnte die Ausweise fotografieren, gegeben haben wir sie jedoch nicht. In der Nacht vor der Abreise hat uns die Dame dann um 09:45 aus dem Bett geklingelt, was uns ziemlich erschreckte. Das Ganze wegen der Kurtaxe von 12 EURO....... Das Geld lag übrigens auf dem Tisch, der Vermieter hatte der Dame einfach nichts gesagt.

L'accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria dell'appartamento, posizione tranquilla per chi cerca il relax, giardinetto sul retro dove è possibile accedere per rilassarsi su sedie e sdraio a disposizione, parcheggio disponibile davanti alla struttura, che dire ottimo posto, tutto perfetto.

Mala experiencia y cara para lo que es!

El estado de las instalaciones, booking decia que tenia un jardin donde se podia estar pero resulto ser un pequeño espacio con sillas y mesa de plastico en muy mal estado al lado de una construccion, por lo tanto imposible de usar, una pena ya que esto fue la unica razon para elegir la casa y dar de baja otras reservas con excelente puntuacion ademas de mejor ubicadas. Toallas viejas, en no muy buen estado y traidas de algun viaje ya que tenian el nombre de una agencia de viajes. Lo mismo con el jabon y shampu, pequeñas muestras traidas de algun lado y sin siquiera revisar ya que era un producto de higiene intima!. Tenia lavarropas pero sin jabon y no fueron capaces de decir que no funcionaba cuando dijimos que ibamos a comprar el jabon, hasta las 12 de la noche esperando un lavarropas que solo haciia ruido pero no funcionaba.Dice estar en Tirano pero esta en el pueblo de al lado.
