Fantastic value and a comfortable, spacious, pleasant apartment.

Our stay at Casa Vacanze Da Marti was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-appointed. The unit is part of a complex, but was very quiet and private. It was only a 2-block walk to the train station, which we also appreciated. Oh, yeah. The a/c was also a bonus a few times.

I needed more kitchen towels.

Good space. Well presented. Well quipped. Very helpful host. 5 minute walk to Bernina Express. Left on a Sunday which was market day outside the apartment, interesting tour of the town to get away!

La ubicacion muy buena, cerca de la estación y el centro, el depto amplio, casi no tuvimos contacto con el anfitrión. Sugerimos el cambio de colchones, para nada cómodos, muy desgastados, blandos, especialmente los de la cama marinera. Baño y cocina muy bien.

L’appart a des beaux équipements , tout est fonctionnel , il est très bien situé à proximité de la gare et des restaurants . Toutefois il est mal insonorisé on entend les voisins du dessus ou dessous comme s’ils étaient dans notre appartement

L insonnatisation de l’appartement et surtout le Check out à 10 h et qui plus est après la nuit du nouvel an . Négociation impossible avec lz propriétaire

Estadia excelente em Tirano — apartamento confortável, bem localizado e com ótimo custo-benefício!

Nossa estadia foi uma grata surpresa! O apartamento é muito bem localizado, a apenas 3 a 5 minutos a pé da estação de trem de Tirano— uma cidade encantadora que, aliás, vale muito a pena explorar por mais de um dia. Tudo fica por perto: restaurantes, cafeterias e supermercado, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática. A comunicação e a recepção foram tranquilas e atenciosas. O apartamento estava muito limpo, organizado e acolhedor, e já com o aquecimento ligado quando chegamos — um detalhe que fez toda a diferença. A cozinha possui todos os utensílios necessários para o preparo das refeições. As camas são confortáveis, e o sofá-cama da sala também acomoda bem. Ficamos muito bem instalados em quatro pessoas. Excelente custo-benefício! Recomendo este apartamento tanto para quem vai pernoitarquanto para quem pretende passar mais dias aproveitando o charme de Tirano.

O booking.com solicitou o horario que eu iria chegar e que uma pessoa estaria no local para fornecer as chaves. Isto não aconteceu. Se não fosse a ajuda de uma senhora eu estaria com serios problemas pois meu celular estava descarregado.

Appartamento nuovo, ristrutturato, con parcheggio. Si trova nel centro di Tirano, ma molto tranquillo, lontano da rumori. Letto comodissimo. Wi-Fi veloce, l’ascensore, condizionatore, cucina fornita. Proprietari gentili e disponibili

L'appartamento è molto comodo, vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria, che si raggiunge a piedi in soli 3 minuti. Il centro storico del paese si raggiunge sempre passeggiando in poco meno di 10 minuti, come pure la basilica, posta però in direzione opposta al centro storico.

Manca un posacenere sul balcone (solo per chi ha quel brutto vizio, come il sottoscritto...).
