Posizione comodissima con il trenino, nelle vicinanze c'è il parcheggio a pagamento ed il parco, casa accogliente dotata di tutto (anche detersivi, fono e persino gioco per i bambini). Due letti, uno matrimoniale molto comodo, l'altro di emergenza, per una coppia é perfetto. Host molto disponibile.
Unico problema qualche formica, ma lo straconsiglio, noi siamo andati con due bambini piccoli

La limpiza, ubicación y la comunicación con el host.
Hubo un poco de problemas con la red de wifi, pero el host siempre estuvo al pendiente y lo resolvió.

Die Heizöfen sind einfach zu bedienen u wärmen sehr gut.

Funktionierende Wi-Fi wurde nachgereicht.
Der Eingang im Hinterhof mit den verrosteten Briefkästen ist wenig einladend. Die unterschiedliche Anschrift der Briefkästen und Klingel verwirrt. Ebenso war die Anschrift mit einem andern Namen als „La Perla“.
Das Doppelbett ist sehr unbequem, da der Lattenrost Elipsenförmig statt flach ist und man während dem Schlafen abrutscht.
Das Klappsofa beim Eingang ist nicht als Schlafgelegenheit nutzbar. Beide Betten sehen toll aus, sind aber nicht praktikabel.
Installiertes Wi-fi läuft nicht, es musste auf ein anderes ausgewichen werden auf Nachfrage
Nur italienische TV-Sender.
