The rooms were very modern and clean. The lady who greeted us and provided us with our key was very friendly and accommodating.

My only negative would be the corridors etc of the apartments are sterile, lacking in decor etc

Super convenient location, clean and modern apartment.

The kitchen could have more utensils (missing for example vegetable peeler) and more plates and glasses. Not enough counter space in the bathroom.

Perfect! We would definitely go back if we travel to the same area again!

Basically everything was perfect! We rented three rooms, and each room has enough space for us to stay together to have dinner together. We really had a very good time there and felt safe for our rental car. We were five adults with two kids, the walls are thick enough without hearing any noise as well!

The only thing is the elevator was super slow, but actually the stairs are not that bad if you need to go up.

Great little stop over for Bernina.

Great little stop over ready for Bernina Express route the following morning. 5 min walk away from station. Lovely apartment and as we were backpacking, a good opportunity to wash clothes, washing machine in apartment, driers at laundry 2 mins walk away. Really surprised at choice of restaurants nearby, fab. Took a quick walk to local bakery for pastries in the morning, lovely.

Literally the only thing I didn't like was the bed was too hard for me, but that's a personal preference, oh and couldn't get air con to work - User error no doubt! Maybe some instructions would help. Didn't affect our stay.

Perfect overnight stay in Tirano!

Our check in process was a breeze. They messaged us with the details and asked that we complete check-in online. We did have one small issue with the AC system but the staff were quick to respond to our messages and got us the info that we needed. I would recommend Bernina to anyone traveling through Tirano. It was very nice accommodations and conveniently located to the local sites and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Bernina Suites! The apartment was spotless, very secure, and felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The host was super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The property is brand new with high-end, ultra-modern fittings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen—everything was provided, including cooking oil, salt, and utensils, which made it so easy to cook our own meal after picking up a few things from the nearby supermarket. Although we stayed just one night before catching the Bernina Express the next morning, this place is ideal for a longer stay. It’s quiet, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
