Excellent!

Everything in the apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. Host was nice and answers to queries very quickly. Instructions received to arrive and enter to the place were very clear, no issues to arrive and access.Thank you Davide and Valerio again! Appreciated the water in the fridge and the coffe! It’s in the heart of the town with loads of shops , restaurants nearby.Easy access to the Bernina express. Highly recommended!

A stylish, spotless apartment in a perfect central location, with exceptionally kind and helpful host highly recommended

The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and located in a newly built building right in the heart of the city. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I especially liked how quiet it was despite being so central. The space was well-designed and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Posizione molto comoda, appartamento nuovo, grande e dotato di tutti i comfort.

L'unica cosa scomoda è il fatto che il parcheggio davanti l'appartamento è a pagamento dal lunedi al sabato, ma a 10 min a piedi è possibile usufruire un parcheggio gratuito

L'appartamento moderno e funzionale, completamente ristrutturato (infissi compresi) con possibilità di regolazione della temperatura nelle diverse stanze. Vicino a tutti i servizi e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria

Due piani di scale senza ascensore; essendo nuovissimo necessiterebbe di piccole rifiniture nei bagni come ganci alle pareti e panchetti per appoggio

Arredamento essenziale con carenza di dettagli che rendano il soggiorno più soddisfacente visto il prezzo giornaliero. Appartamento per 4 persone e solo 4 cialde per il caffè, nessun detersivo e spugnette per la pulizia delle 4 tazzine utilizzate. Al piano superiore si avverte la carenza di appendiabiti o sedie per poggiare i vestiti.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für 1 Nacht gebucht. Sie war perfekt für mich und mein Kind (1 Zimmer, 1 Bad) und meine Studienfreundin und ihr Kind (anderes Zimmer, anderes Bad). Wir haben grossartig „unter dem Sternenhimmel“ geschlafen und wären am liebsten noch ein paar Tage geblieben. 😊 Alles neu. Super geräumig. Tolle Betten und Kissen. Mehr als genügend Hand- und Badetücher. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Sauber. Ruhig.

Besser geht es nicht.

Der Empfang war persönlich und sehr herzlich. Wir wurden begrüßt und uns wurde kurz alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, großzügig und sehr sauber. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut bestückt. Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet in super Lage zum Bahnhof.
