EXCELLENT

An exceptional location, warm both literally and figuratively. A comfortable apartment, fully equipped with absolutely everything you need. It was a real pleasure to rest in the fragrant bed linens. An extremely welcoming host, with that typical Italian warmth. We were welcomed with an excellent complimentary house wine. He even offered to pick us up from the train station and drove us to the Bernina departure as well. He also recommended great places to eat 🤗. For us, it was wonderful to watch the red trains going up and down right in front of the window. NINO, WE GIVE YOU 10+! Grazie

A place one MUST chose when in Tirano. Dreamy!

Everything is amazing about this place. The house has so much charm, it maintains the original history in the common areas, and the rooms are fully renovated with beautiful materials and aesthetic. The bed is super confy, the duvets are fluffy and warm and the bathroom is a dream. Nino is an amazing host dedicated to detail. The place is a beautiful 15 min stroll from the train station through beautiful streets lined with trees.

Beautiful and very modern apartment kept exceptionally clean. Our host, Nino, went to great lengths to have us enjoy our stay explaining all the local areas and even provided a service to drive us to and from the train station.

Appartamento delizioso, ben arredato e completo di tutto l’occorrente. Non mancava proprio nulla! Pulizia top, posizione strategica, a due passi dal famoso santuario della Madonna di Tirano e anche dalla stazione di partenza del famoso trenino rosso del Bernina, per il quale comunque la struttura offre un servizio gratuito di navetta all’orario scelto dagli ospiti. Pulizia top! Tutto era impeccabile! Il padrone di casa, Nino, è stato davvero un super host, gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Graditissimo l’omaggio al nostro ingresso e la cortesia dimostrata facendoci trovare anche acqua, the e caffè (macchinetta e capsule). Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura, qualora decidessimo di rifare l’esperienza del Bernina, cosa assai probabile.

La casa è bellissima, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. È moderna con tutte le comodità (maxi TV, lavastoviglie, grande doccia) e allo stesso tempo calda e accogliente. Nino, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile nel dare informazioni e suggerimenti. Ci ha anche accompagnati e ripresi al trenino rosso in macchina.
