The villa is hidden and sits within a mature garden which is very private and quiet. The villa is entered via automatic electric gates leading to the driveway and covered entrance, suitable for up to 2 cars. The imposing wooden double front doors open into a spacious, open plan living/dining area featuring a contemporary fireplace. Leading directly from the dining area is a beautifully equipped kitchen which itself leads directly onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. The living room is flooded with light and also leads directly out on to the terraces, pool and garden area through large french windows. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the first floor there are 4 en-suite bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with twin beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, an en-suite bathroom and opens on to a private terrace overlooking the garden.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has a state of the art alarm system which can be used to alarm the outside areas at night. The pool is salt water and can be heated. There is also English language TV throughout the property.
