Adjacent to the main house is a charming stone guesthouse, also fully renovated with special attention to historical details. It offers two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, and can comfortably host 4 guests.
At the eastern end of the estate, a delightful studio with a private bathroom and terrace provides accommodation for 2 guests.
In total, the entire estate can accommodate up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms.

A large, south-facing swimming pool with child protection and a beautiful sun terrace.
A hidden retreat under tall trees, featuring a cabin with a billiard table.

From the terrace, you can see and hear the Mediterranean Sea, as the estate is located just 400 meters in a straight line from the beach.
