Simone was outstanding and catered to all our needs. Very communicative and made us feel very welcome from the get go.
The hotel itself was absolutely amazing, the rooms were spotless and in a prime location overlooking the boardwalk.

Amazing staff!! Not only did the receptionist Simone communicate with us prior to trip, she made sure all our needs were met, including setting us up with a trustworthy, friendly, helpful driver, Vinko!

What was not to like….beautiful is an understatement! The history and the large room was amazing.
Not a thing! (Maybe a lift…but it was completely worth the flight up).

Location is interesting inside the palace but very difficult to reach via several staircases.
AC was broken. Wasn't fixed for two days. Room needed some paint. Sheets were old and stained.
