Check-in was very easy and the location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. The studio was quiet, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. Overall, it offered good value for the price.
The photos seem to show different apartments, so the studio I received was not the one I expected. I was hoping for the one with the balcony shown in the pictures. It would be better if each apartment had its own accurate photos to avoid confusion.

Gute Lage, man kommt schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und praktisch. Man kann nicht groß kochen, aber für kleinere Mahlzeiten reicht es aus.
Die Fenster sind nicht ganz schalldicht, so dass durchaus Geräusche von draußen zu hören sind. Noch störender sind allerdings die Geräusche aus den Nachbar Wohnungen. Dort wird offensichtlich auch geraucht, so dass auch im Flur ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch herrschte.

Location was great - very close to city centre but not too busy, the apartment style was nice, 3 bedrooms with large beds so everyone could sleep comfortably, hosts were very responsive and understanding!
The kitchen area with dining table is very dark since it has no sunlight, the restaurant downstairs gets busy in the morning due to deliveries etc so if you like to sleep in this noice could bother you since the rooms face the inner yard, TV cable did not work, parking is not included and for few days ir did add up to a considerable amount.

The apartment itself is comfortable
The host didnt inform about hot water maintenance in advance, because they “didnt know” apparently, when even the cleaning lady said that the notice was given one week ago. The host just said sorry and let me know how can i help you and proceeded to not respond until we checked out even though we wrote to him on Booking and called. In the end they said they will ask booking for 10% discount. That is after 6 people didnt have hot water for 1 and a half days out of 2 days of our trip
