The apartment is spacious .It has a great parking spot, you don’t have to walk too much to reach this parking ..The elevator is a big plus point as most place in Riga either don’t have parking or they don’t have an elevator .Both these facilities make it special .Its location is convenient as you get everything close by .Host is very helpful and friendly ..
This apartment as it mentions isn’t 15 mins walk to the center ,it is a good 30-35 mins walk .The sofas and cushions need deep cleaning. Wash basin water keeps getting clogged every time you use it .. There is some weird smell (like some strong chemical )in the apartment even towels smelled of some strong agent like that . The approach to the apartment is shabby .. Sometimes at night it gets too noisy ..
