The house is a perfect place to call home in the Bay Area. We deep clean and sanitize between guests. Our cottage is completely remodeled in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to S.F., hospitals, Universities and tech industry. Kitchen and bathrooms have heated floors and towel warmers. The primary bedroom has a new king bed and en-suite bathroom with no-threshold shower lit by Brazilian labradorite granite. Additional bedroom has new Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over tub. Lovely private garden is completely fenced. We love animals with responsible humans.
Convenient to CalTrain, all freeways, Stanford, Menlo Park, & Palo Alto. Our home has been extensively renovated with alarm system, heat, aircon, and high-end kitchen appliances. There is a pantry/laundry shed off the kitchen with new W/D with sanitize settings and extra freezer/fridge. This house is perfect for healthcare workers, families with children, faculty, or finance and tech consultants. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, which works well for sharing the house with family and friends. The living room, dining room and kitchen in the center of the home. Bedrooms have medium firm, top quality, king and queen mattresses and organic linens. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. One with shower over tub, the other bathroom has a walk in, no threshold shower and lighted granite niche. Large, fenced, completely private lawn, garden and patio with South and West exposure. Perfect for watching the sunset. There is an outdoor shower and large soaking tub (AKA horse trough) with water that drains on fruit trees. Kids and pets welcome with their lovely owners. The house was lovely and clean. It was in the perfect location for us to get back and forth to the hospital and not far away from the airport. The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to offer any assistance we needed during our stay. We will definitely book again if we need to return to the area.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 weeks while our youngest was undergoing treatment at Stanford. The house was ideal for that as it is under 10 minutes to the Middlefield road clinics. The house has been extensively updated with and eye towards quality. You can tell that Joanie actually updated it to use herself and then just rents it when she is at her other place. The house is located in North Fair Oaks which is bustling, busy, friendly and safe. It was a great stay for us and I would definitely stay again.

I was in the Bay Area for work and this was the perfect location near the office, with a doggy daycare on the way (Wag in RWC). The backyard was perfect for the dog and super nice for the humans too. The house is very comfortable. Love all the windows in the master bedroom. The only add I would have is a king bed for the master. Small issue with ants, but easily resolved with a few more traps. Will be staying here again on my next trip to the office (if available!). Thank you!
