- 2 Bedroom & 1.5 bath house with private patio/yard, dedicated driveway/garage (1 spot each) with free street parking
- Ring camera on front door

- Both bedrooms equipped with queen bed, standing adjustable desk, chair, and closet space
- Bath has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tub style shower.
- Living Room has 65" inch smart TV and bedrooms have 50" inch smart TV
- Full Laundry located in garage
- Kitchen has brand new stainless steel pots & pans, French press, airfryer oven, electric kettle, salt & pepper, spices, and cooking oil
- Outdoor patio seating/dining equipped with umbrella for shade and string lighting
- Firepit with lounge chairs
- Lemon tree located in the backyard on the side available for picking!

Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and yard patio.

This house is part of a duplex but has separate entrance and private yard with no shared spaces except the driveway. The other half of the duplex is occupied by a family with 2 kids. My home has one dedicated driveway spot and 1 dedicated garage spot for you to park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this location. It was central to everything we wanted to do and easy to access. The location is quiet and very safe. The unit itself is well equipped and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked to know in advance is that the unit is part of larger building. The larger part of the home is occupied by a family with young children who loud during the day.
