The Iris detached house, surrounded by greenery in a quiet area, is located in a small Biribaci village near the town of Umag. Ideal area for those who love nature and tranquility.
The house has a private garden and parking. It has a bedroom with double bed and single bed, kitchen with living room and dining table for four people, flat-screen TV, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and terrace with furniture garden.
The house is only 8 km away from the center of Umag, while 2.5 km from the beach.
The grocery store is 2 km away from the Finida campsite or 2.5 km in the village of Lovrečica. Distance from the campsite Park Umag 4 km where you can 'walk in and use the bathing facilities of the campsite. The grocery store at 2700 m, and the Babići pizzeria about 1 km.
Near the house there is a chiropractic study, with saunas and Jacuzzi that can be used for a fee.
Excellent location for biking and visiting the Istrian countryside.
* Registration only on the first day, € 7 per person in cash.
* Pets are welcome, additional charge of € 10 per night per animal payable locally on arrival

Leider waren es nur 3 Nächte, doch in dieser kurzen Zeit waren wir, mein Hund Carona und ich, total begeistert. Klein, aber alles vorhanden, das Schlafzimmer richtig großzügig, 2 Terassen, großer Garten, Wlan hat super funktioniert. Die Nachbarn sehr nett, das Weg ans Meer im Fischerdorf kurz. Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Osteopathiepraxis nebenan und die Pizzeria Ca nova in Babici.
Vesna als Vermittlerin war super hilfsbereit und gab tolle Tipps für Unternehmugen.
