Great house and Garden

Garden is well kept, pool was great! Apartment ist spacious!

It is next to a street that can be a bit noisy from time to time. Cuttlery / kitchen stuff (knifes, pan) should be changed as they don’t work well anymore.

The villa around is very clean, there is a large refrigerator, there are 2 grill places, there are air conditioners. You can listen to loud music and make parties.

there is no oven, no ashtray on the balcony, there was no towel dryer on the balcony, the shower mount does not work, it always fell down, the trash can is always full, there are no special large plastic trash bags There is only one umbrella on the pool, more is needed for everyone ...

Exceptional

The location is great, near to the beach and supermarket, with a beautiful swimming pool. The apartment was very clean and nice. The staff in agency was so kind and helpful so it was very easy to find the Villa. They explained everything to me and also give a map of Umag with all necessary informations. I will deffinately come back again next year ! :-)

Più attenzione per un posto bello

Location bella ,anche la piscina ! Ci tornerei volentieri ma devo dire che la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare.Ringrazio per averci dato un appartamento in sostituzione di quello non ancora pulito( eppure la struttura era praticamente vuota!) Nel bagno dell appartamento ho trovato tutte le immondizie lasciate dal cliente di prima e i pavimenti non granché puliti . Mi adatto ma peccato perché il posto merita molta più cura

La parte esterna è carina, ma anche la’ non veniva curata bene la pulizia.

L’interno della camera , non era pulita, mancavano certi accessori per la cucina, e non funzionavano le luci.

Ubytování přímoúměrné ceně. Ubytovala bych se znovu.

Pohodlné postele i gauč. Super velikost kuchyně a obýváku. Klidné okolí. Jako bonus čistý bazén, funkční klimatizace, terasa a možnost ubytování se psem.

Jedna z ložnic s dvoupatrovou postelí byla moc malá. Sprchový kout někudy tekl. Čistota nic moc. Pavouci.

Für Kurzaufenthalt

Es gab einen Pool und im Garten eine Sitzgelegenheit. Parkplatz war vorhanden. Wasserdruck in Küche und Bad war gut. 2 Griller im Außenbereich vorhanden.

Zu wenig Steckdosen, Lichtschalter im Zimmer , klimaanliege defekt, Klimaanlage vom oberen Zimmer tropfte so stark das man kaum auf unseren Balkon sitzen konnte. Viel zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Nicht sauber geputzt. Betten alt und abgenutzt . Beim Pool könnten die liegen mal geputzt werden

Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt in Kroatien sehr schön.

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und Hundefreundlich.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Überall Spinnweben und nicht komfortabel. Kein Stauraum für Koffer und Taschen.Zu klein für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Standard war sehr niedrig. In den Küchenschränken war es feucht und roch nach Schimmel.
