Erg netjes. Handdoeken, beddegoed en zelfs koffie en een fles wijn was allemaal aanwezig.

Auto geparkeerd op straat voor het huis, maar in rustige straat dus geen probleem en geen parkeerkosten.

Ein sehr einfaches Zimmer in einem Haus, in dem auch die Gastgeber wohnen. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, man konnte die anderen Gäste über uns leider hören. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Kühlschrank ist in der Nacht ein bisschen laut, genau wie das Gebläse in dem Bad.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, nichts was unseren Aufenthalt weniger schön gemacht hätte.

Die Unterkunft war schön in einer ruhigen Straße, etwa 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt.

It was very clean and cosy, comfortable apartment (expect this extension room in the attic). The kitchen was excellent - with all necessary equipment and utilities you might need, air conditioned, very pleasant interior. There is nice back yard suitable for kids. WiFi connection is excellent. The house is located in quiet area just a few minutes by car from the seaside and perfect location to explore Istria.

The information about the house is misleading and pictures hide very important information. "Some units are air conditioned" means that there is air condition only in the kitchen and no in bedrooms which makes visits in July and August challenging. Even more two bedroom house means one bedroom and one attic room with 3 beds connected to kitchen via steep ladder. What we found when we arrived with a sleeping 3 year old child is that our room is in the attic with no air conditioning and to get there we should climb a foldable wooden staircase 40-50 cm wide! The temperature in the room was more than 35 degrees Celsius and there was only a fan to flow the hot air inside. In addition to that the attic room had no door so it was very dangerous for a family with a small child. It is not suitable for heavy or elderly people as well. Additionally as there’s no door but only foldable staircase which is not possible to be closed from the attic room, so in fact no any separation from kitchen noise, smells, etc. Fortunately there was a comfortable sofa in the kitchen so my wife and our son were sleeping there.
