We loved staying at Villa Maris and Istria is amazing

The property is located 5 minutes away by car from the closest beach, in a small old traditional village. The house is very clean, with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. It was spacious enough for out family of 5 people and one big dog. The car can be parked either in front of the property or at the property with no cost. It is suitable for a vacation with children no matter the age.

A small disadvantage is that it is right next to a church where the bells ring for 1 minute at 6 am, however if one closes the windows (the house has 2 air conditioners), the bells can barely be heard.

We really liked the location which is bit away from the main turist spots and still not far from the coast, Umag, Novigrad or Motovun. The accommodation is super clean and Lara and Josip were very helpfull host. Around the village we found nice pathways for dog walking in the olive orchards and nearby vineyards.

Nature, peace, quiet, only few people, clean and spatious place, parking, easy to find.

The place is a nice small village close to the main road and the sea, yet far enough to enjoj the silence and nature. The host was really warmwelcomming and helpful with information. The house is new, perfectly clean, has all the things you could need. Beds are comfortable too. I would highly recomend the place. The only thing one could matter is the church bell at 6am but since we were on vacation we did't really mind. Go there, you woun't regret🙂

Villa is situated on a quite place.The shops, restaurants and sea you can reach by car or bicycle during 10 or 15 minutes.A house is very clean and perfect equipped for everything you need. A road to the accomodation goes between the trees and the fields and is very nice too.We were happy we spent our holiday in this villa .

Very warm Welcoming from the host. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. It is situated in a small village. In a few minutes you are at the beach, shopping facilities and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much

Very nice and comfortable villa in a quiet village, a short drive from many sights, exellent wineries and restaurants. The villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the most comfortable sofa in the living room. We stayed in November and the heating worked well. It is a great place to stay at any time of the year!

Trotz schlechter Lage, ein Geheimtipp!

Wir sind/waren hier von 25.5 bis 28.5 und hatten eine grandiose Zeit. So still und abgelegen. Hier wohnen nur ca. 100 Leute. Das Haus hatte wirklich einiges zu bieten. Einen Steinofen im Garten, sowie Gartenstühle und einen Pool. Im inneren eine moderne Ausstattung, alles was man zum Kochen, essen, schlafen und duschen braucht ist vorhanden. Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die Martina.

Die Lage war nicht die beste.
