The only issue we had was parking there was underground parking available, it cost us 78 for two days parking. So yes parking is available, as the listing states, but at an additional cost

We stayed for three weeks. The apartment is very central with great views. Lots of restaurants nearby. Right beside the Sao Bento train station.
The property manager Francisco is great. Internet was great. Did many video calls. Well equipped. Great stay. Thank you Francisco.

This is a great property to stay at if you’re looking for easy access to the train, metro, trams, old town, waterfront, restaurants, galleries, museums, gardens…. You name it, you’ll be able to get there easily from here!
Be prepared to climb 5 flights of stairs but the view is worth the extra effort! There is a lot of metro construction happening directly in front of the building so access is a bit limited right now, but if you pack your patience it’s easy to navigate. The parking lot for the building is expensive but it was more convenient parking there than trying to find street parking in a historical district. Despite the construction, it’s surprisingly quiet and dark with double paned windows and beautiful shutters.
The property manager, Francis, was easy to communicate with and takes great pride in the building and care of the unit.

The apartment itself was good, location is decent too, but there were some serious issues to deal with. There were two leaks in the main bathroom. Plus heating and hot water stopped working the day after we checked-in. Host communicated promptly and asked me to run a series of steps with the water heater, which I did successfully- once, but then it broke again and I spent approximately an hour around midnight trying different things but with no success. We reluctantly moved to another property of the same host 10 mins away, it was a nice property but it was just a hassle to pack, move and unpack.
