This wide and welcoming three rooms lodging on the ground floor of an ancient restored farmhouse includes a large living room, with kitchen, two double bedrooms and one private bathroom with shower. Perfect for a family or couple.
Furnished with a great care, the apartment has a big living room with sofa in style Luis XIV.
The three windows of the living room fill it with natural light and the south facing window overlooks the garden.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a green quiet oasis, among old olives and oaks, fruit trees and flowers and it is plunged in the green countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has a private table in the garden with outdoor chairs and sun umbrella.
Outdoor games are available such as table tennis and table football. The children may find in the garden slides and playhouses.
For cyclists and walkers there are several walking and cycling routes nearby.

The farmhouse is directly located on the cycle path that runs along the shores of the Lake Trasimeno.
