This wide and welcoming three rooms lodging on the ground floor of an ancient restored farmhouse includes a large living room, with kitchen, two double bedrooms and one private bathroom with shower. Perfect for a family or couple.
The apartment is furnished with a great care and has been beautifully restored according to the original style, retaining many period features such as the exposed brick ceiling.
The three windows of the living room let in natural light and the warm tones of the brick ceiling create a comfortable setting.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a green quiet oasis, among old olives and oaks, fruit trees and flowers and it is plunged in the green countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has a private gazebo in the garden with outdoor table and chairs.
Outdoor games are available such as table tennis and table football. The children may find in the garden slides and playhouses.
For cyclists and walkers there are several walking and cycling routes nearby.

Residenze San Martino is an ideal base for visiting Perugia, one of the most historical and artistic towns in the middle of Italy, Cortona, Assisi and Montepulciano.
The farmhouse is directly located on the cycle path that runs along the shores of the Lake Trasimeno.

This property is exactly as described and pictured in their listing. Lovely swimming pool with loungers and chairs to relax. Each apartment has tables and chairs under covered area. Fairly remote and quiet, except for passing trains that soon dont notice, but nice walk, 20 mins, into town down an off road gravel path. Good, largish, supermarket opposite for groceries Town has many, many nice restaurants. There is a train station in passignano which we used to travel to perugia and florence.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in tre con un cane nell'appartamento noce situato al piano terra, l'appartamento è molto spazioso e con elementi architettonici di ottima qualità, ben tenuto e molto pulito, risulta molto silenzioso e ben isolato è completo di tutto, posizionato un po lontano dal centro del paese per cui anche solo per andare a mangiare qualcosa bisogna spostarsi con l'auto, ma vicino ad un supermercato abbastanza fornito, i proprietari sono straordinariamente cordiali gentilissimi e sempre pronti ad ogni esigenza, nel periodo del nostro soggiorno (pasqua, tra l'altro piovosa) non abbiamo potuto apprezzare tutti i servizi offerti. Alcuni piccoli particolari tra cui il soffione della doccia incrostato, la mancanza di un punto per appendere gli accappatoi in bagno ed eventualmente delle tende per produrre un po di privacy quando le finestre sono aperte. Consigliatissimo per chi volesse visitare il Trasimeno e i dintorni (ne vale veramente la pena) anche per la vicinanza dell'ingresso in autostrada e ad una pista ciclabile molto bella. P.S. consigliato portarsi le biciclette.
