About this villa rental
Located in the quiet district Dune de l'Herbe, 2 steps from the pretty oyster village of l'Herbe and its family beach.
The villa is equipped to accommodate 8/10 people, it includes:
On the ground floor:
A lounge / dining room with fireplace, TV, Wifi access, office area,
Open kitchen fully equipped, plate, dishwasher, freezer, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, a cellar with washing machine and 2nd refrigerator, iron and ironing board.
Living room and kitchen, direct access to the large covered terrace of 30m2, very pleasant for hot and rain, with plancha and barbecue
The pool is secured by an electric shutter. South orientation.
The garden of 1000 M2 is entirely planted with tropical, local and fruit trees, no vis-à-vis does not disturb the calm of the place.
1 master bedroom (160 cm bed) with walk-in shower and dressing room
1 WC + separate washbasin
1st floor:
3 double bedrooms with access to a terrace (2 beds 160cm and 1 bed 2X80cm can if necessary be separated)
1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90cm)
3 shower rooms in the Italian style
2 separate toilets
Possibility to park 3 cars in the property, and also in front of the villa
The shops are about a kilometer away. (Butcher, bakeries, Carrefour-contact, Petit-Casino, pharmacy, caterers, vegetables ...)
Access bike paths within 100 meters.
Beach of Grass 200 meters (Basin) and Ocean about 2 kilometers.
Included are the tourist tax, bed linen and bathroom linen.
The cleaning fee is 150 €
a deposit of 4500 euros to give the arrival which is returned within 15 days after departure.

L'Herbe is such a great place to be based, and this villa is a perfect place to explore it and the rest of Lege Cap Ferret. It's a few minutes walk from the oyster restaurants and the bassin and an easy 20min cycle to the Atlantic beaches. The house is beautiful and really well supplied with everything you'll need, the pool was such a welcome refuge during our stay.

La maison est fantastique et idéalement placée, l'équipement est très complet, et de bonne qualité.
La terrasse protégée est très agréable pour déjeuner à l'ombre le midi, ainsi que pour dîner avec la piscine éclairée juste devant.
Le village de l'Herbe juste en dessous avec ses cabanes à huîtres pour l'apéritif , et avec ses plages toujours en eau, utilisées par les résidents proches forment un très beau décor.
