Just a few minutes' walk from shops (Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.), the Arcachon Basin, and oyster huts, you can leave your car behind and easily reach the ocean beaches (1.5 km) by bike via the safe cycle paths.

There you'll find a spacious living-dining room opening onto a terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while watching a beautiful sunrise.
