About this house rental

Built in 2016, this wooden house is very beautiful, design and functional: ideal for your holidays in Cap Ferret.
Located at the entrance of the village of Herbe (the most beautiful village of the peninsula!), facing the beach, it enjoys a magnificent view of the dune of Pyla.
Terrace equipped with garden furniture (1 wooden table, 12 chairs, outdoor sofas, sunbeds, parasol, BBC)
Fully enclosed grounds, parking gate and gate overlooking the beach: secured (digicode and bip gate). Adjoining on one side with its twin house, the gardens are independent and access common parking. Beach in front of 10m.
Ground floor: A large living room with American kitchen (fully equipped), a large communal dining table and a living area with sofas (entrance and pantry), a large master suite and its bathroom.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with their private bathroom. 1 large balcony.
1 separate toilet on each level. Satellite Internet
Linen and household included
Close to bike paths and restaurants and oyster tastings of the village. Shops at 5 mns at Canon

Idéalement situé en face du bassin, à quelques centaines de mètre du village ostréicole de l'herbe et à proximité immédiate de la piste cyclable. Belle maison, très agréable à vivre (chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain, table dehors très grande, coin apéro, etc.) Petit bémol sur la qualité de l'équipement en cuisine, qu'il faudrait améliorer (en dessous des attentes pour un bien de ce type).
