About this house rental
Come and enjoy our fully air-conditioned house and its garden, ideally located 150 meters from the Plage des Américains at the entrance to the village of Cap Ferret. The villa, recently completed in the spirit of oyster huts with modern comfort, includes 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10), a fitted kitchen, a living room opening onto a large partly covered terrace, 2 shower rooms, a bathroom bathroom, 3 WC, an outdoor shower with hot water.
End of stay cleaning and linens are included in the price.
Many facilities: barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, ping pong table, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Bose speakers, T.V. etc ....
From the house you can walk to the beach and its sailing club, the famous Cap Ferret market, the pier to take the boat to visit Arcachon or climb to the top of the Pyla dune, the ocean beaches (800 meters ) ... Many cycle paths around.
In addition, an independent concierge service is offered to you to enhance your stay:
arrival with fridge and cupboards filled, various races, boat rental, baby sitting, chef for an evening, surf lessons, bicycle rental, paragliding on the dune, etc ...

Très bel accueil au coeur de cette maison typique, toute proche de la plage des Américains, de l'embarcadère et de l'océan (800 mètres). Nous avons adoré la décoration et la qualité des prestations : outre une excellente literie, nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur confiance.

Très belle maison bien équipée. Emplacement calme au milieu des pins à 100 mètres de la plage. Table de ping-pong idéale pour les enfants. Belle terrasse pour les repas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons très certainement
