About this house rental
This exceptional high standard villa with all comfort is situated on 1000 sqm enclosed, wonderfully landscaped grounds, right near the dunes of Cap Ferret. The villa has 200 square meter living space and is spread over 2 floors. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed, private Jacuzzi bath and WC, exit to the spacious wonderful roof terrace with pool (heated mid-mai to mid-october ) and view on the dunes. Spectacular sunsets guaranteed.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living area with sofa, fireplace, TV and piano. A special attraction is the window to the pool. The high quality kitchen is fully furnished, adjacent dining room and exit to the south-facing terrace with plancha.
There are 4 additional bedrooms on the ground floor, each with double bed and access to the garden. There is one shower room with toilet and one private shower between two bedrooms. One independent toilet.
The distance to the ocean beach is about 200 m (walk through the dunes), about 400m to shops, market, and restaurants.

This villa is amazing, we loved the modern yet comfortable style, the garden, the pool and terrace very exceptional, the location is just fantastic, we didn’t even use the car. Our favorite house so far! Highly recommended...
