This comfortable pool house is located on an enclosed 1,500 m² plot with parking, in a quiet residential area in the "Vallons du Ferret" on the Cap Ferret peninsula. There are 2 very spacious terrace areas with wonderful views of the greenery, one of which hosts the heated, 11m x 6m pool (secured by an electric pool cover).
The Space:
The living area is spacious and consists of a seating group with TV, Wi-Fi, a lovely dining area, and an integrated, fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The house has 4 bedrooms (including 2 independent double bedrooms accessible from the lower terrace) and a mezzanine open to the living area as an additional sleeping area.
On the main living level, there is 1 bedroom with a 1.80m double bed and an ensuite shower room and WC, a second large shower room, and a separate WC. A second bedroom with a 1.80m double bed is located on the upper floor. Above the kitchen, there is a mezzanine with a 1.60m double bed.
Accessible from the lower terrace are 2 additional separate, identical double bedrooms, each with a 1.60m double bed, terrace access, and a small shower room with WC situated between these two bedrooms.
Distance to the bay and the ocean: 1,000m; to shops and restaurants: approx. 1,000m.
