The Space:
Well-maintained and comfortable two-storey house set in 1,100 sqm enclosed grounds with a carport. The living area with sofa, fireplace, TV and dining room is spacious. Additionally there is a large glass veranda with supplementary seating areas. The separate kitchen is very well equipped. One bedroom with double bed 1.60 m, three bedrooms with double beds 1.40 m and one bedroom with two single beds. Some of the bedrooms upstairs have a sunny balcony. There are two bathrooms and two toilets. Spacious terrace with garden furniture, pool loungers and barbecue. The house is situated on the Cap Ferret peninsula in the village of Le Canon neighborhood 'Les Vallons du Ferret'. The Ocean beach, the bay, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Ample garden furniture and pool loungers are available. There is a weekly pool service.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the “Vallons du Ferret” this house, its pool and large terrace is accessible from the parking (on the property) via comfortable stairs, and is overlooking the neighborhood. The location is quiet.
The “Vallons du Ferret”, in the village Le Canon, on the peninsula of Lege Cap Ferret, is a luxury residential area, a quiet location between the bay of Arcachon and the Atlantic Ocean, about 6 km from the village of Cap Ferret. The nearest ocean beach is within walking distance, as well as the fishing village 'L’Herbe' with its idyllic bay beaches. Bike paths are very well developed in this area and passing through pine forests connect all the little villages and beaches of the peninsula. In the nearby village of 'Piraillan' a market with its regional specialties invites you every day during summer season. In the village of 'Le Canon' there are typical oyster tasting bars, good restaurants and small shops of all kinds.
