Completely renovated with charm and authenticity, Villa Aleta is an exceptional retreat nestled at the top of a small valley, secluded among the pine trees in a quiet yet central neighborhood, just minutes from the Arcachon Bay, the forest leading to the ocean, and all local amenities.
With 5 bedrooms—2 of which feature private, sun-drenched terraces overlooking the valley with unobstructed views of the treetops— 2 living rooms—1 with a balcony—4 bathrooms, and 3 separate restrooms, Villa Aleta offers everyone the space and privacy they need to recharge in peace.
Its unique L-shape creates a patio completely secluded from the neighborhood, surrounding the heated pool—a place for joyful get-togethers or relaxing in the sun on comfortable lounge chairs— while the large west-facing awning shelters a family table seating 10 to 12 people near the plancha, as well as a swing chair perfect for a nap or reading.
On the first floor, a large living room and open kitchen can comfortably accommodate all 10 guests in deep sofas for social gatherings in the cool air, beneath a large “Louisiana-style” ceiling fan.
Beautiful oak furniture creates a unique atmosphere blending modern and traditional styles, while the large floor-to-ceiling windows foster an “indoor-outdoor” lifestyle. A piano is also available for music lovers.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped for those who appreciate fine food and drink: a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, microwave, oven, kettle, cake pans, induction cooktop, etc. And of course, there’s a large refrigerator to minimize trips to the store, along with several freezer compartments.
