The breakfast makes hotel good value.p

Efficient booking and reception in English A good variety of breakfast offerings including scrambled egg and bacon. Room comfortable and clean We were given a front room with a partial sea view

No coffee, tea making facility in room Some breakfast items had finished and not replaced if arriving.late in the ooening times We didn't find the train noise annoying ( at front of the hotel) but can understand how it could affect others

A friendly welcoming hotel near to local attractions

Warm welcome at reception. Excellent generous, wide choice for breakfast. Good coffee machine. Attentive staff. Clean rooms. Felt comfortable and relaxed here. Enjoyed watching the trains on main line. Near proximity to the old town, beach, and walking to hillside villages. Beside an artisan "gellato" shop.

Wonderful relaxing time on a beautiful city.

Easy check in . Very friendly proprietor. Lovely breakfast which was very good value. Comfortable beds. Modern bathroom with nice strong shower. Good location for main town and local transport.

Towels are changed every two days but they were wet in between because we couldn’t dry them in the room and the weather wasn’t warm enough to use the drying rack on the balcony . You can pay extra for a daily change though and it doesn’t cost very much.

Easy beach access

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly.

It was very noisy and the train track passed right by. We kept the windows open as there was no air conditioning and the fan in the room was way to small. Also, I am handicapped and a lift was advertised, but you still had to go up a flight of stairs to reach it.

No fridge in the room , really noisy, railroad near the hotel. Trains make a lot of noise, even with windows closed it is almost impossible to sleep.

We loved the location and how it was very easy to check in & out.

It was not very comfortable. There were molds in the bathroom which made us quite uncomfortable. However, if you are just going to sleep and shower its ok.

I enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel. My dietary restrictions require gluten-free options, and the staff was able to provide cookies and croissants that fit the bill. The room was old-fashioned but feel cozy and warm. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant overall experience.

Very noisy at night. The railway is just behind the hotel and the train passés several Times per hour during the evening and night and also in the morning. You can also hear the main road situated in front of the hotel.

Extremely expensive for the quality. Wi-Fi was not working. Very old furnitures. No AC. No fridge. Too many mosquitos. Trains passing by right outside the window all day
