A Hidden Gem – Peaceful, Spotlessly Clean, and Wonderfully Welcoming

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming, family-run hotel and couldn’t have been more delighted. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and incredibly peaceful—truly a perfect escape from the noise and rush of daily life. The room was immaculate, with every corner sparkling clean and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The entire hotel has a cozy, homelike feel that instantly puts you at ease. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. The owners are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met—genuinely friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and special. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and heartwarming place to stay, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. A true home away from home! I would rate this 15/10 if i had the chance !

Everything was perfect, Stefano and his family gave us a warm welcome, breakfast was lovely, the grounds were immaculate and the room was great, with its own garden space I can’t believe how good this was for the money we paid, I would have paid double! Thank you Stefano!

A Wonderful Stay at Barbaciiu

We had an amazing stay at Barbaciiu! Our ground-floor apartment with a garden was cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed with warm, rustic touches. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and enjoying our morning coffee in the garden was a true delight. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with stunning nature all around. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for a relaxing and authentic getaway!

It's hard to think of improvement areas, everything was truly exceptional!!! Maybe a granola option would be a good addition to the already very rich breakfast.

Perfection for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach! 10/10!

Stefan I and his family were gracious and kind hosts from start to finish. They picked up my daughter and I from the train, helped us arrange our itinerary for our day at the beach, and went above and beyond when we asked for recommendations for everything from taxis to cooking classes. And the food, room, bed and shower (great hot water and pressure) was exceptional! Such a lovely family with an admirable commitment to sustainability and hospitality. I would 100% come again!

Pleasant green quick stop

We had a quick stop at Pietra Ligure at this lovely guest house Barbaciiu. It's really cosy and clean place. All the staff is really friendly and kind. Also the breakfast was nice. They are also paying attention for being eco & green friendly. We will definitely come back for a longer period. But next time we'll come for MTB experience (yes, they are also "bikers friendly").

Everything was great. The rooms were comfortable, clean and equipped with AC, a fridge and good wifi. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. The pool was also very nice. The property is located in a walking distance to the beach, in a calm and quiet neighborhood. The place is administered by a family and you can see the attention and heart they put into it. They are all really welcoming and helpful. Overall a really great experience!

Absolutely amazing accomodation in every way!! The hosting family is so so nice,everything is brand new. The room is perfect, the beautiful pool is the best place to relax and you won’t miss the sea. Stefano built a beautiful place to stay in a little town in italy. he was so nice and helpful with all our issues and we felt very welcomed. its a new Little hotel, With a couple of rooms. everything is beautiful there, with lovely Details. the Beach is a five minute Walk away, and you Can reach bigger viriles easy by Car. thank you for having us. we are definitly recommending. :)

Una splendta struttura ecologica gesita con passione e capacità

Barbabiciiu è stata per noi una gradevolissima scoperta. Una struttura nuova ed altamente ecologica. Molto comode le camere che si affacciano su uno spaziosissimo giardino con una piscina realizzata con una sorprendente struttura in pietra. Pietra ligure è un simpaticissimo borgo ben tenuto e ben servito e la struttura è in un ottima posizione vicinossima al centro ma fuori dalla confusione. L'assoluto punto di forza è certamente la conduzione familiare portata avanti con passione e estrema disponibilità. I proprietari sono riusciti a farci sentire in famiglia senza mai fare mancare capicità professionali. Torneremo certamente con piacere e consiglieremo a tutti i viaggiatori responsabili questo luogo del cuore!

Endroit idéal où s'arrêter, court ou long séjour, parfait en tout point. Confort, décoration, accueil, repas, petit déjeuner, concept écologique, bravo Stefano structure familiale. Prachtig hotel, ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangst, heerlijk ontbijt a la carte, en wat een mooie familiegeschiedenis gaat er schuil achter deze plek. We hebben genoten! Een absolute aanrader. Het dorpje is ook heel leuk om te bezoeken op loopafstand van het hotel.
