We used this hotel as an overnight stop on our way towards France. Garage parking for a fee and Private parking for a fee. Large hotel, but rooms were very basic Bar and restaurant onsite (limited restaurant) Short stroll to seafront/ beach. Lots of shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants close by. Breakfast was limited not much choice. Would not stay here again.

Air conditioning in room didn't work. We had to change rooms. No Wifi in the room. Basic room, beds uncomfortable.

Perfect beach and shopping location…will return!

The lobby and restaurant were spacious and tastefully decorated. Their staff was professional and well mannered 2 out of 3 spoke English during check in. The Restaurant serves a fix price preset menu for lunch and dinner drinks and coffee are extra but priced correctly (for Hotel customers only). We were not disappointed both lunch and dinner were delicious. They have an Excellent Chef who also spoke English and their kitchen staff was efficient and well trained. Breakfast was self-serve, fully stocked (European style). They also have a large covered outdoor patio and an expansive courtyard. The building we were staying at was accessible through an elevator in the main lobby. It is an old brick building, but well preserved and possibly still a vocational school, so the look is minimalist (picture a small classroom with a double bed, small desk, wardrobe and bathroom) but clean and perfect to sleep if you are enjoying the outdoors all day. There was no A/C in the room but we were expecting that (we are Americans that have lived and travel Europe). We opened the windows and thankfully it was a cool summer night. The town quiets down shortly after midnight so we had a restful sleep.

What I did not like was mostly out of their control, as there was only me waiting to check out, but perhaps another staff during check out time? The issue: I waited 25 minutes in line due to another customer triple checking their bill. I saw how patient and professional the lady on staff was, carefully explaining the bill and going over the charges several times, but I was not in a rush. At the end the lady paid was she was told she owed. And I went on to enjoy the rest of my vacation!

Abbiamo prenotato due camere una con Booking e l’altra direttamente con la struttura, stessa tipologia di camera, stesso prezzo, prenotazione nello stesso momento con due telefoni diversi, arrivati sul posto vengono assegnate due stanze di cui una con bagno apparentemente senza doccia resto senza parole, mentre impreco alzo gli occhi al cielo e ti vedo un soffione, in pratica facendo la doccia non oso pensare….., dimenticavo era la stanza prenotata con Booking

Le petit déjeuner et l'accueil étaient les deux seul point positif ... Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, il faisait froid! 1 seul couverture alors que nous étions 4 et pas d'eau chaude... Chambre sans déco, 4 murs blancs et un vieux parquet... les lits sont très inconfortable... Heureusement, ça n'était qu'une nuit!

La reception bellissima, peccato che solo quella.

Sinceramente spendere 156€ per una notte in dependance con gente che urla non è il massimo, oltretutto ho prenotato per fare un regalo a mia moglie dove le foto erano bellissime, ma in realtà non è così .Consiglierei alla struttura di avvisare se non hanno posto, e soprattutto che potrebbero metterti in una dependance, che magari uno ci pensa due volte prima di spendere questa cifra per finire in un bunker.

Entrando in albergo è tutto molto bello e accogliente, pulitissimo e il personale gentilissimo

I piani superiori dove si trovano le camere e le camere stesse. La colazione molto scarsa di qualità, le macchine che erogavano caffè cappuccino ecc. pessime, annacquate! Su 6 giorni 3 ho scelto di fare colazione fuori dall’albergo.

Ok ma….

La posizione ottima, struttura vicinissimi al mare, raggiungibile a piedi (pochi minuti), praticamente non abbiamo mai usato l’auto nemmeno per andare in giro, quindi davvero comodo. Lo stabilimento balneare molto carino, tranquillo e lo staff cortese, accogliente e disponibile. Il proprietario dello stabilimento “Da Umberto” gentilissimo, ci ha anche dato un passaggio per tornare in hotel visto che pioveva, abbiamo apprezzato molto. La colazione buona e ricca. Il mare bellissimo. Molto utile lo spazio dedicato all’intrattenimento: tavolo da Ping pong e da biliardo ecc….

La camera che ci hanno dato non era delle migliori, nel complesso andava bene però nonostante l’alta stagione rivedrei il rapporto qualità/prezzo ed i servizi inclusi, un po’ troppo alto per questo tipo di struttura. Per quanto riguarda la cena in hotel siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi. Lo sconsiglio a ragazzi molto giovani perché è un posto principalmente per anziani o persone adulte.

Gestione da migliorare

La posizione è veramente comoda, a due passi dal mare. Il servizio colazione a buffet è stato buono e variegato. Anche il servizio di late check-out è stato molto comodo e mi ha permesso di prolungare il mio soggiorno senza stress.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto problematica. Mi è stata cambiata la stanza due volte a causa delle condizioni precarie delle prime due stanze. La prima stanza non aveva l'aria condizionata, nonostante fosse stata specificamente richiesta. La seconda stanza aveva una porta tagliafuoco, macchie di muffa in bagno e un forte odore di umido. Entrambe le stanze avevano un bagno vecchio e non rispecchiavano le foto dell'annuncio. Solo dopo l'intervento di una terza persona e dopo aver espresso le mie preoccupazioni multiple volte, mi è stata assegnata una stanza che rispecchiava le mie richieste, con bagno moderno e aria condizionata. Tuttavia, anche questa stanza risultava poco pulita. Ho dovuto fare diversi giri nell'hotel con la valigia prima di ottenere una stanza decente. Il servizio di reception avrebbe potuto essere più efficiente e reattivo alle mie esigenze.

A differenza della zona comune, tutto rimodernato, le stanze sono terribili e datate . Di prima assegnazione c’era stata assegnata una stanza micro, a malapena si passava intorno al letto di traverso , senza bidet in un micro bagno cieco ricavato in un angolo. Tutto il resto. Colazione dozzinale. Corridoi angusti. Ascensore come una pentola a pressione. Staff non proprio efficientissimo a parte un paio di receptionist. Camera orribile, con un bagno incredibilmente stretto. Eravamo in 3 compreso un bambino di 5 anni. Con un cane di taglia media. Stanza invivibile. Meno male che siamo venuti per stare al mare. Prezzo assurdo per il soggiorno offerto. Inutile dire che non torneremo mai più. Chicca finale: chiediamo di lasciare le valigie per la giornata dopo il check-out. Risultato? Ci hanno proposto di lasciarle in un angolo dietro l'ascensore, assolutamente fuori dall'occhio delle receptionist. Dopo aver inizialmente accettato, nonostante fossi stupito, sono tornato mezz'ora dopo per riprendere le valigie e metterle in auto, senza avvisare nessuno. La misura era colma

La posizione è strategica, il personale cordiale (Lavinia gentilissima, simpaticissima, una bella persona) Mare a 50 metri, lidi, bar, ristoranti, negozi tutto a portata di mano. Vicinissima al centro. E cosa importantissima, parcheggio privato! Ve lo consiglio

Strutta luminosa, accogliente e pulita. Spazi molto ampi e camere curate. Colazione abbondante e gustosa, preparata con cura e attenzione; grande varietà di cibi dolci in particolare con alcune opzioni di salato, diverse tipologie di succo e latte (tra cui alternative veg e senza lattosio). Caffè buono. Posizione perfetta poiché a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Il personale è stato molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile.

La mancanza di un piccolo frigo in stanza unico pecca.
