Apartamento discreto pero muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Alicante, cerca de la Rambla y la playa Postiguet. Buenas vistas de la ciudad desde el balcon en el piso 15. Buena predisposición de Xavier para resolver algunos problemas surgidos.
Muy chico el apartamento para 3 personas, la tercera cama estorba el paso y apertura del placard; la cocina reducida ( solo entra una persona). Encima tuvimos problema con el desagüe de la pileta por lo que tuvimos que lavar el menaje en el baño después de cada comida. No pudimos usar el lavarropas del apartamento) porque estaba tambien obstruido el desagote ( aunque el anfitrion nos pagó el uso del lavarropas del edificio ).

Large balcony. Interesting design. The host was very nice and friendly. Ready to help on any issues. Great communication from booking to end of stay.
Too small, not suitable for 3people. Very small kitchen. The complex was big and even with 4 lifts, we had to wait more than 10 minutes to get into the lift as they were coming already full.
