Location was good, a 20 walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and food options locally. Also a supermarket and plenty of interestings shops. We also found the train, or underground that we took to the SanJuan beach. It goes further norgh also.
Getting into the apartment could have been better. I did notify via Booking.Com, my time of arrival. I expected the people on reception to have the keys. We spent more than 30 mins trying to find out HOW we were to find our Apt and get in. EVENTUALLY we found out how to contact the caretaker, she spoke no English, but was very pleasant to us.
Only one lift working and we were on the 14th floor. Sometimes we had to wait over 5 minutes for a lift to arrive, and it could be full!!! Thats not good enough. Also no instruction whatsoever on how anything worked. Apt needs a coat of paint also.

Balcony view was incredible. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Smell from the bathroom was bad. Apartment needs some renovation, floor in living room and walls needs improvement. If you need a quiet place apartament is next to the lift and it is noisy.
