For our surprise the location was a plus, close to all public services tram, trein and bus stations, vibrant neighborhood close to farmacy, restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance to the main attractions in the city center. Additionally, quiet too.

The property was ideally situated. Was perfect for our needs, there were some room for improvement the door to the patio sticks and nearly broken, no blinds on one window but a blanket was put in its place overall decor needed TLC

Great apartment, close to absolutely everything, including train and bus station 7 mins away. Comfy bed, sun in later afternoon on balconyBeach was a 10 min walk, just a great spot.Would return.

The property is very central and everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a fantastic view of Alicante, there’s also a balcony. Just one criticism, please repair the bathroom tap as it is loose and difficult to use.
