About this house rental
DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES:
-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA doesn’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions.
-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
-Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.

You can walk to NRG Houston Rodeo, Real close to everything. Houston area, High-end upgrade, corporate living, close to shopping, the city center, parks. The kitchen is fully equipped, good for couples, businesses, and families. 10 minutes from MED center, 5 mins to NRG center, 15 mins to Galleria, 20 mins for energy corridor. Short term and long term available.
Not available for any type of parties, reunions, and get together’s. Attached 2 car garage, which includes a washer and dryer.
Check-in and check-out time is flexible. This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

Our nonprofit organization meets annually in February for a week long event. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The property is located very conveniently in a neighborhood near many amenities. It was clean and quiet which is hard to come by in downtown Houston. The beds were comfy The, water pressure was great, and all the creature comforts of home were included in our stay. The host was more than accommodating for our group and we hope to make this our annual home away from home while working our fundraiser each year. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great property 3 rooms and two rooms have double bed. Tony was a great host I would rent again. Also everything is about 10-15min
