A couple things were slightly dirty like the toilet (cleaner was added but forgot to scrub it), carpets etc. It was basic and cheap and did the job. Host was fantastic and responded quickly. Would rate 3.8/5. Some minor maintenance would do wonders.

The property is as described for the most part. It needs repair and not thoroughly depicted as what I’m expected. Spacious but for the four nights, I was expecting more wash cloths for the 8 persons expected to be there but beyond the loud Latin music glaring at 2 -3 am on Sunday morning, then it was a rather peaceful stay. There were repairs that were needed in the main bathroom and a missing kitchen drawer; I’m mentioning this because it relevant to have this repaired when renting out the home for aesthetic reasons. But other than those minor issues, it was a pleasant stay.
