We are located right off of Beltway 8 South & Highway 288, about 15 minutes to downtown Houston/Downtown Texas Medical Center/Hobby International Airport, 5 minutes to Pearland Business Center/Cinemax, 25 min to NASA, and 45 minutes to Galveston beach so you have easy access to go anywhere in the Houston area. The one-story newly renovated home features updated appliances, a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, and 4 bedrooms 2 bath well-suited for large families or a group of friends.

The house was perfect and satisfied all of our needs. The house was super spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The communications with the host were excellent. She always responded to our questions in a timely manner. The beautiful house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen area with dining area, a living room and a spacious lounge area. We had a very enjoyable stay at the house!!

All TVs were very small would have been nice to have one big TV in the living room. Furniture was outdated and no where to comfortably sit and relax. Bed mattresses were worn out, but the bedding was clean. Not the quietest neighborhood expect to hear loud music, partying and gunshots.
