We are located right off of Beltway 8 South & Highway 288, about 15 minutes to downtown Houston/Downtown Texas Medical Center/Hobby International Airport, 5 minutes to Pearland Business Center/Cinemax, 25 min to NASA, and 45 minutes to Galveston beach so you have easy access to go anywhere in the Houston area. Good place perfect for getting around.Quite neighborhood great BQ pit nice pot and pans to cook a meal. Judy was fantastic and I would stay there any time.

I travelled with a large group of family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms provided ample space and were comfortable for the stay. The property manager was very responsive, and did her best to help make us comfortable.

Had a good time staying here and it was nice a clean. The only issue is that going into the second night the AC seem to get stuck at 83 degrees. Luckily my group spent most of the night at a concert but being without AC during the afternoon and evening can be rather uncomfortable.
